The Ford Focus EV - 2013 is now on the market.Today
Edmunds released a road test which is in-line with what the publications from last year.
The bottom line from the review is : the Focus EV has a faster recharging capability (3.6 hrs) than competitors such as the Nissan Leaf (7.2 hrs), an average range of 82.2 miles perfect for most commuters, but a price 60% higher than the gas version. Probably the best electrical car so far, but its prohibitive price will make it impossible to buy for most drivers.
